Preparation
Exfoliation Hiatus
Discontinue use of Retinol, Tretinoin, or AHAs/BHAs for at least 3–5 days prior to your treatment.
Surface Sensitivity
Avoid facial waxing, threading, or laser hair removal in the treatment area for at least 1 week.
Shaving Guidance
We recommend not shaving the face on the day of the treatment. Shaving 24 hours prior is ideal.

If you have an active cold sore, severe acne, or a sunburn, please reschedule. Notify us of allergies.
Aftercare
Post-Glow Window
Avoid applying makeup for at least 6–12 hours to allow clinical serums to fully penetrate.
UV Protection
Skin is susceptible to sun damage. Apply SPF 30 or higher and avoid direct sun for 72 hours.
Temperature Control
Refrain from strenuous exercise, saunas, and hot tubs for 24 hours to prevent sweating.
Skincare Resumption
Focus on simple hydration. Wait at least 3–5 days before re-introducing active acids.
